India are on a multi-format tour of Australia, with two white-ball series and a one-off day-night Test scheduled. The three T20Is will start things off, followed by three ODIs and the Test.

Sydney will host the first T20I, followed by Canberra and Adelaide. The first 50-over game will be played in Brisbane, while the remaining two are scheduled for Hobart. Perth Stadium will host the pink-ball Test.

The last time these two sides met in a 20-over game was at the 2024 T20 World Cup in the UAE, where Australia beat India by nine runs. The hosts have notably won four of the previous five T20Is between the two sides, with Harmanpreet Kaur's side last winning in January 2024.

Notably, Australia don't have another T20I series scheduled before the T20 World Cup, which will be played in England from June 12. India, on the other hand, will tour England for three T20Is ahead of the ICC event.
