Ventnor Cricket Club clinch Hundred League final win
The all-rounder led his team to a 144-run win over Shanklin & Godshill with an unbeaten 158 off just 52 balls.
His powerful display saw the ball flying to all parts of Steephill, including the car park and main road, as he hit 16 sixes and 10 fours.
Ventnor finished with a total of 250-1 from their 100 balls.
Shanklin & Godshill, in reply, managed to score 106-7, with Matt Lambourne top-scoring with 37.
13-year-old Lucas Cotton was the star with the ball for Ventnor, taking four wickets for 21 runs.
In another match, Ventnor's fourth team emerged victorious in the Fred Winter Cup Final against Newport's second eleven.
Ben Fry scored an impressive 93, helping Ventnor to post a total of 223-5 from 35 overs.
Despite Conal Howells's 50, Newport were all out for 211, with Aston Langdon and Isaac Borman securing victory for Ventnor in the final over.
The match was held at Westhill on Sunday.
