Playing at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai, India lost to Pakistan by a massive 191 runs as the Men in Green won their second title. This was also Pakistan’s first outright Asia Cup U19 title, having shared the 2013 title with India after a tie. 

Asia Cricket Council (ACC) chairman and Pakistan’s Interior Affairs Minister Mohsin Naqvi exposed his double standards on Sunday (Dec 21) during the U19 Asia Cup final. Yet to handover India its Asia Cup senior trophy for their win in September, Naqvi raised eyebrows by handing over Pakistan its Asia Cup U19 trophy on Sunday. The double-standard behaviour by Naqvi comes less than three months after India had beaten Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2025 final in Dubai.
