Scotland skipper Kathryn Bryce led from the front with a Player of the Match performance as Scotland clinched their home tri-series with a DLS victory over the Netherlands.

Bryce scored 63 and chipped in with a valuable wicket as Scotland snuck past the Dutch by 24 runs in a rain-affected contest in Edinburgh that ensured they will finish at the top of the standings and win the tri-series against the Netherlands and Bangladesh.

It bodes well for Scotland just days out from the start of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup, with a host of their best players in good touch across the tri-series and heading into the side's opening match at the 20-over showcase against Ireland on June 13.

Opener Katherine Fraser scored more than 100 runs at the tri-series across four matches, while spinner Kristie Gordon and Bryce each claimed five wickets.

Bangladesh will take on the Netherlands in the final match of the tri-series on Thursday, with the winner to clinch second place on the standings at the completion of the event.

The teams will then travel south for the T20 World Cup warm-up fixtures, with Scotland and the Netherlands facing off once more in Derby on Sunday.
